Fazoli’s Brand Development

Fazoli’s needed to reconstruct their product offering and simplify their menu. It was also a good time for a brand refresh. At their core, they were Italian for the People. And somewhere along the line pizza slices, salads and sandwiches became a distraction. It was the perfect good time to re-establish the brand with their signature pastas and Italian dishes. Value became an important component of the messaging. The consumer perception at the time was that quick service Italian was not that affordable. Natural vs. artificial ingredients also became a very important component to our re-messaging.
