American Natural Stores

American Natural needed to be re-developed and redefined into something more compelling, approachable, and engaging. More of a place more people would go out of their way and try something new. We started with the menu and the team – making the food more crave worthy AND simpler.  We also focused on the team with simpler operations and reward programs to ensure they felt motivated and appreciated.  THEN We took over the place. Almost every available space became our new billboards. The exterior walls. The windows. Every working screen. We developed a brand, and the we gave it the biggest podium we could find. Our own stores.
